Zachary and Nico Sea are both current students at Pacific Northwest College of Art and VERSES: fold/open, cool/warm will mark their first collaborative show together. VERSES explores the relationship between the words fold/open and cool/warm while demonstrating how two artists can create poetry through healthy competition. It is also an exercise in folding what the two have learned in their experience studying Fine Arts with influences and artistic practices, and then opening those to the public. The collaboration involves two evolving installations as well as photographs, sculptures, drawings and prints.
STORE is a new gallery space managed by students from Pacific Northwest College of Art. As part of The Settlement, a collection of four galleries on the 3rd floor of the Atrium at Pioneer Place Mall, STORE features student work curated by PNCA students and faculty.
