I Heart Art: Portland, a collaborative project between Etsy, PNCA, MoCC and the Portland Etsy Team, enters its second year of programming with a kick-off event and birthday party hosted by PNCA. The year’s program will be unveiled amidst make-and-take tables and casual networking and camaraderie among Portland’s vibrant community of makers.
