ABOUT The figural depictions of the body experience a consistent opening and closing of form. Post-internet the depiction and reproduction of image becomes a repetitive pixel distortion, each pixel a new image and conflation of self. The bodies dysmorphia thrusts our fabricated identities into elemental spheres. We leave our bodies, we BRB, we fragment and fissure across the virtual simulacrum of the universe, of the internet, of our minds. How does our sense of self shift in this ever expansive mirror reflection? What do we have that’s recognizable and what has become a recognizable-ish version of a version of a version of itself?
