In conjunction with Portland Print Month, join the MFA in Print Media for “Grained, Etched, and All Inked Up: The Art of Stone Lithography”.

Matthew Letzelter, chair of the MFA in Print Media graduate program will lead an in-depth demonstration of stone lithography in the Vivian and Gordon Gilkey Printmaking Lab at the Pacific Northwest College of Art. We will be demonstrating a step-by-step process of stone lithography and all the magical insights to the process.

This demo coincides with a series of printmaking events to celebrate the beginning of PRINT MONTH in the City of Portland. These festivities will lead to the annual PORTLAND FINE PRINT FAIR 2018 on January 26th–28th at the Portland Art Museum.

Please join us in the Watershed Center for Fine Art Publishing and Research prior to the demonstration for a Happy Hour welcome at 5:30.

Demonstration in PNCA’s Printmaking Lab will begin at 6PM.
