Jun 1, 2018 - Aug 1, 2018
Thanks to the PNCA Alumni Council, we’re continuing our successful studio access program for a second summer. All PNCA alumni get access to PNCA studios, workshops, labs, and making spaces from June 1, 2018 - August 1, 2018 for only $99. (This Studio Fee is waived for our newly minted alumni. Hey there, Class of 2018!)
Once you pay your $99 Studio Fee (the best deal in town!), you’ll have full access to tools, equipment, and tech support in Animated Arts Lab, Darkroom, Digital Print Studio (DPS), Printmaking Studio, Video + Sound Lab, Wacom Lab, and 3D Studios including the Welding Studio, Ceramics Studio, and Wood Shop. This is in addition to regular, year-round access to career advising from the BridgeLab Career Center and mind-blowing workshops from Make+Think+Code.
1. Complete and sign this Liability Waiver. If you’re having trouble with the form, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Pay the $99 Studio Fee. The last page of the Liability Waiver (Step 1) will lead you to a payment site where you’ll be able to pay the studio fee. This fee helps the studios manage the wear and tear on their equipment. Note that this fee does NOT include access to raw materials. If this fee presents an undue hardship, please email email@example.com.
3. Save or print your confirmation receipt. Once you pay your Studio Fee, you’ll be emailed a confirmation receipt. This receipt is your pass to the studios. Studio Managers may ask to see proof that you’ve signed the Liability Waiver and paid the Studio Fee. Please have a copy of your confirmation receipt available.
4. Bring your PNCA ID. When you arrive at PNCA, you must show your PNCA ID to the security staff at the Front Desk. You must do this every time you enter the building. If you don’t have an ID, you can get one made for you at the Help Desk inside the Library. The Help Desk is open Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM.
This program is made possible by your Alumni Council. The Alumni Council is a representative body of PNCA alumni volunteers who are invested in supporting PNCA alumni. The Council funds projects (like this one) that strengthen connections between PNCA alumni and between alumni and the College. This includes exploring ways that PNCA can continue to support alumni personally, professionally, and creatively.
