In the House of Weird Sisters Kelsey Hamilton Davis August 3–8, 2021 Thesis presentation August 6 at 2:00pm

Kelsey Hamilton Davis’ thesis exhibition In the House of Weird Sisters queries longings for heritage narratives through environments configured with ceramics, textiles, found objects from her New England home, and organic materials.

Kelsey Hamilton Davis is an artist, writer, and educator born and raised in Connecticut. Hamilton Davis has exhibited work both locally and internationally and has work in both public and private collections. In 2020 she was granted the Northwest Allied Artists Association scholarship award for promising graduate work in visual studies, presented work at the Lewis & Clark College symposium on Gender Studies, and recently participated in Residencia Corazón in La Plata, Argentina. Currently living between Portland and Connecticut, she hopes one day to become a townie in a small New England summer place.
